Lindsay Fackrell is a mixed media artist and fashion designer living and working in New York City. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles. She has designed apparel for Calvin Klein and Armani Exchange. She also has her own jewelry line ÆZLYND.
Her mixed media paintings have shown at at Galerie Protégé (NYC Sept 2017) and Space 776 (Brooklyn Sept 2017). She is a co-founder of Fictional Art Collective (FAC). In collaboration with the members of FAC, she has organized, curated and exhibited in group shows at Trestle Gallery (Brooklyn Dec 2017) and Ground Floor Gallery (Brooklyn Jan 2018).
Lindsay’s mixed media paintings explore an abstract and distorted view of naturescapes relying heavily on texture to lend depth to per pieces. She uses photography and image transfers to lend a surrealistic realism to her work.
